Steve Cooper is University President and Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Construction Management and Technology (ICMT). Mr. Cooper has served in the military with distinction for nearly 18 years. His teaching and leadership experiences were combined when he developed the first Department of Army Police Academy which serves as the model program for the Department of Defense. In his most recent assignment he taught and managed several leadership courses for the Army. He has also served as faculty at Chapman University and Duquesne University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master’s of Science in Criminology from Florida State University.
