Admissions Requirements

1. Contact and demographic information
2. Previous colleges and schools attended
3. Degree program of interest at ICMT
4. Payment of application fee by credit card online or by check in the mail
5. Applicants with international credentials must have a comparable level of education to meet entrance requirements from an institution recognized by the country

Admission to the bachelor’s degree program:

• Requires a high school transcript or completion of a GED
• Official transcripts must be sent directly from institution to ICMT

Admission to the master’s degree programs:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree from the Institute of Construction Management & Technology or from an accredited institution
• Official transcript must post degree awarded
• Official transcripts must be sent directly from institution to ICMT

International student admissions requirements:

• Official transcripts, evaluated by an approved outside evaluating agency must be sent directly from institution to ICMT
• Applications whose primary language is not English or are from countries where English is not the primary language, and applicants the university has found to be deficient in English, are required to submit the results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
